About The Event

We cannot accept any vendors who sell drug paraphanalia or anything drug related (infused drinks/foods, designs on clothing,etc.), sexual images or charged themes/messages (including sexual devices/toys, etc.) this includes designs on clothing as well, and definitely nothing that represents hate of ANYBODY or ANYTHING. Love, Family, and Positivity is the Vibe.....
NOW THAT IS OUT OF THE WAY......
We are proud to announce that The BlackOUT: Spring Edition "Let's SKATE!" A Celebration of Black-Owned Businesses will not only be providing the vibes, food, vendors, and community we're accustomed to, but we've partnered with Twin Cities Skaters to host rollerskating on site as well! In addition to this news, we are also for the first time hosting the BlackOUT in a new location.
Oscar Johnson Arena will be the home of the BlackOUT for the next 2. It's located right by the MN State Fair.
